My primary focus has been IT Service Management and IT Infrastructure, particularly in transformation programs and IT outsourcing projects.
A key aspect of my expertise lies in identifying and analyzing business needs and delivering practical solutions — either by processes improvement, organizational change management, or supporting the development of IT systems. One of my core strengths is bridging the gap between business goals and IT capabilities to ensure smooth, effective implementations.
In addition, I have comprehensive experience in establishing and leading high-performing teams for both project and project portfolio management. This includes establishing and running a Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure structured delivery, clear governance, and strategic alignment.
